Refund and Return Policy
All sales are final, we do not currently offer returns, exchanges or refunds. If there are any issues with your order please contact us using the contact form and we will get back to you.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the shipping courier to handle any disputes.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship worldwide, this includes Tracking. All duties, customs fees, and taxes the responsibility of the customer. We do not pre-pay duties, custom fees, or taxes at checkout.
Shipping rates
Please note that the shipping rates outside of the UK are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made.
Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials.
You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided.
If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
